Class Registration
You may register in person or call us and use your credit card to reserve a space in class. Payment in full is required to guarantee your space in the class. Registrations are non-transferable. Classes typically have limited enrollment and may fill quickly. If a class is full we will be happy to add you to our waiting list and call you if space becomes available or an additional class is scheduled.
Class Preparation
Additional supplies may be required. Students may receive 10% discount on class supplies, which should be purchased before the first day of class. Pre-class assignments or homework may also be required and should be prepared before the first day of class. Looms and spinning wheels should be in good working order prior to class.
Class Cancellation
Students may cancel a class for a full refund 2 weeks prior to the start of class. If the student cancels within the 2 weeks prior to the start of class, no refunds will be given. Willows & Wool may reschedule or cancel a class if there are not a minimum number of students to hold the class. If a class is cancelled, any tuition paid will be refunded via check by mail or applied towards store credit.
